By raising awareness and empowering the community with knowledge and resources, the foundation carries forward Drake’s adventurous spirit and unwavering respect for the sea.

The organization’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, filed under Form 1023-EZ, is currently pending approval. Donations made on or after June 16, 2025 are eligible for tax deduction, subject to final IRS confirmation.
